The commitment of all involved parties, including project staff and consultants, is evident, from letters of commitment in the appendix and cost sharing stated in both the proposal narrative’s and budget.
5. The budget and the proposal narrative are consistent. The uses of money are indicated clearly in the proposal narrative as well as in the budget.
