Information about saving
If you have to save, click on the “Save and Continue Later” link to the right of the “Next” button.
An information box will appear where it will request you to enter your email address. The system will use this email address to send you a link that will allow you to edit the checklist you just saved at a later date.
Once you enter your email address, you will need to click in the box to the right of your email address. At this time, the box has no button name and appears blank.
Once you click that box, you will see a display that states that the save was successful. At that time you can exit and when ready to complete the checklist, you can click on the address provided in the email message that was sent to the email entered.
At least the student’s name and ID number are needed on the checklist to preform a save that can be accessed at a later date for a specific student.
Save and Continue Later links are only active for 30 days to allow the completion of the checklist. After that time, a new checklist should be started on the student.
