Teacher Recommendation FAQ

A teacher recommendation is required for all applicants. Students will not be accepted in to the Summer Laureate program without this form. Recommendations may be done online.

Where is the teacher recommendation form?

Does the recommendation need to accompany the application?

No. Please do not wait for your child’s teacher to return the recommendation page to you. It is simpler for teachers to use the online form (link above) or  to fax the completed recommendation to the office at 501-916-3438.

What if my child is homeschooled?

If your child is homeschooled, do not fill out the teacher recommendation. You may use such mentors as a coach, church teacher, or private music/dance teacher to complete the teacher recommendation.

What if I am my child’s teacher?

If your child goes to school and you are his teacher, do not fill out the teacher recommendation. You may use a teacher of a different subject, or a private music/dance teacher to complete the teacher recommendation.
