Group Fitness Class Schedule

Group fitness classes are a great way to meet new friends or hang out with old friends while getting a great workout. All classes are led by nationally-certified instructors. There’s no cost for members and sponsored guests, so just drop in!

To get started in your group fitness class, remember to complete the Health History and Liability Waiver.

Wednesday:

Land classes meet in the DSC Fitness Center, Room 203G (Activity Room 2).
*Water Exercise meets in the DSC Aquatics Center, on the shallow side pool deck.
