The State of Arkansas has entered into mandatory car rental contracts with Enterprise Car Rental (including its subsidiary, National Car Rental) and Hertz Rental. Drivers who rent a vehicle (employees, students, and guests of state) must have an approved Request for Travel Authorization (TA) on file and be authorized to drive according to the University of Arkansas System Vehicle Safety Program.
