On Friday, November 18 at the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees Meeting, Chancellor Joel E. Anderson encouraged legislators and fellow academic officials to work toward taking action to implement DREAM Act legislation. He was also asked by Arkansas Business to submit an article about his stance on the DREAM Act.
