Chancellor-appointed committees and councils serve to provide the Chancellor and senior leadership with direct input on special topics of concern or issues critical to the campus community.
Diversity Council
The mission of the UA Little Rock Diversity Council is to improve diversity, inclusion, equality, and global understanding within the campus community by promoting dialogue, providing information, and fostering respect for all students, faculty, and staff.
Advisory Committee on Race and Ethnicity
The purpose of the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Race and Ethnicity is to engage in conversations about race and ethnicity and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Racial Barriers Committee
The Racial Barriers Committee reviews campus policies, processes, and practices for elements that may serve as unintended barriers to access and opportunity for people of color at UA Little Rock.
