The Business Analytics program at UA Little Rock provides students with the knowledge needed to collect and interpret data while equipping them with real-world skills and insight into the business analytics field. Business Analytics involves the use of evidence-based data to make decisions and improved organizational effectiveness.
The graduate certificate in business analytics is designed to develop business intelligence skills to complement your decision making acumen. You will become familiar with IT infrastructures and systems that provide data and decision support. This certificate is designed increase the career readiness of IT and MBA graduates.
Students completing the business analytics graduate certificate program with a 3.0 or better GPA can be admitted to the M.S. in business information systems without the GMAT or GRE. An application to the M.S. program is required.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree with either an overall GPA of at least 2.8, a 3.0 in the last 60 hours, or a 3.2 in the last 30 hours. The GMAT is not required. View the steps to apply to the Graduate School.
