I acknowledge that I understand the following conditions:
1. Damage/cleaning fees, lost or non-returned keys ($125), improper checkout, or any other fees incurred will be billed to my student account.
2. There is no refund for Fall fees after December 1 or Spring fees after Spring Break. Any requests to cancel/buyout received after December 1 will be considered a Spring request.
3. If you are still enrolled in classes and choosing to live elsewhere, the buyout fee is 50% of the remainder of the semester’s charges. If you are not enrolled, credit will be applied to your student account based on the checkout date.
4. Meal plans are non-refundable, but will remain active for the semester if you are still enrolled.
5. The improper checkout fee is $30. Improper checkout is charged if you do not complete an express checkout with staff and turn in your key.
6. Adjustments to the student account will be processed in 2-4 days, except during semester break. All adjustments during the semester break will be processed in January.
