West Hall

West Hall is our state-of-the-art residence hall with pod-style communities – a perfect place for getting the most out of your first year experience. West Hall has two 6-story buildings connected by a spacious lobby on the first floor. Both buildings (Gray Tower for females and Maroon Tower for males) have restricted card access, security systems, Ethernet/wireless internet, emergency phones, and dedicated public safety patrols.

West Hall Room Costs

  • Double occupancy room: $2,698 per semester, including utilities, IPTV (Internet TV), parking, and internet
  • Private Room: $3,100 per semester, including utilities, IPTV (Internet TV), parking, and internet
  • $35 laundry fee for unlimited access to washers and dryers
  • $19 activity fee per semester (charges are billed to the student account and subject to the payment terms of the university)
