UA Little Rock owns several houses in the Oak Forest neighborhood, which are available for rent to faculty and staff.

Most of the houses feature:

  • Two to three bedrooms and one bath
  • Window unit air conditioners
  • Floor furnace heat
  • Washer/dryer hook-ups
  • Fenced yard- most houses
  • Rent averages $450-$700 per month, depending on the size and amenities of the house. Deposit of one month’s rent is required. The renewable lease period is six months. One small (under 15 pounds) dog and or cat is allowed. Utilities are not included and the houses are not furnished. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance.

Applications are accepted year-round. We only hold your application for 6 months, and if you have not become a tenant at the end of that period, you must redo your application in order to be considered
