Use this page to request a Certificate verifying Active Duty Status for an individual on a specified date.

DD Form 214, Discharge Papers and Separation Documents

You may request a Report of Separation from the National Archives. A Report of Separation is generally issued when a service member performs active duty or at least 90 consecutive days of active duty training.

Military Spouse Information

The Little Rock Spouses’ Club Scholarship Program for 2017 will cover the academic year of 2017-2018. The number and amount of scholarships awarded is based on funds allocated by the Spouses’ Club Board through income generated during the LRSC year (June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2017). Applications are usually available in January and typically due at the end of March and funds are granted in May. Scholarships are for military high school seniors as well as military spouses.

Who can apply:

Dependent spouses of Little Rock Air Force Base Active Duty, Guard and Reserve members living in Arkansas.

Dependent high school seniors and home schooler students of Little Rock Air Force Base Active Duty, Guard and Reserve members living in Arkansas who are applying for full time admission at a local college and/or in tandem with high school classes. Click
