The School of Business at UA Little Rock offers a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management to undergraduate students. This management degree prepares students for management and leadership in various organizations while developing practical problem-solving techniques for decision-making.
The B.B.A. in Management has three emphasis areas: Human Resource Management, General Management, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Emphasis Details
This emphasis area prepares students for careers in areas related to human resources such as workplace management and training. The program stresses the importance of integrating individual goals with organizational objectives. Courses focus on the legal environment of employee relations, job analysis and design, employee planning and recruitment, employee productivity improvement, compensation, union-management relations, and quality of work life.
