UA Little Rock offers a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management that prepares students for management and leadership in various organizations while developing practical problem-solving techniques for decision making. Undergraduate students who attend our School of Business have varied options when it comes to management degrees.
The B.B.A. in Management has three emphasis areas: Innovation and Entrepreneurship, General Management, and Human Resource Management.

Emphasis Details
This Innovation and Entrepreneurship emphasis area highlights the conceptual and applied skills that are necessary to developing and managing an economically successful small business. Courses focus on a student’s entrepreneurial talents. Students will engage in experiential activities where they can enhance their practical decision-making skills.
Students will learn about the operation of a successful small business, developing and launching a new venture, professional selling, and more. Additionally, students will enjoy interactions with real-world entrepreneurs, which will enhance student’s entrepreneurial decision-making abilities.
Minors and Certificates
The School of Business also offers three minors: Management, Human Resource Management, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with two Certificates of Proficiency.
