Fit/Well Program

Make a commitment to your health today.

An basic assessment only takes approximately 15 – 30 minutes and gives you a quick evaluation of your health. Each assessment includes height/weight, blood pressure, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility and a cardiovascular fitness test.
