Education
A minor in education allows you to network across disciplines and increases your marketability. Students choose from one of nine licensure areas: art, English language arts, music, foreign language, social studies – history, social studies – political science, K-12 Health and Physical Education, mathematics, or biology/life sciences. All programs require the completion of a major in the chosen field and in some cases require additional courses, blocks of courses, or other special minors. Successful completion of the Praxis CORE is required for the education minor.
