DECEMBER 31 PAYCHECK DISTRIBUTION
Employees who receive paper paychecks may pick them up at the Department of Public Safety on December 30 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
NOTE: Employees, you must have a picture identification card in order to pick up your check. Public Safety will not be authorized to release your check without a photo ID. In addition, only you can pick up your check; no one else can pick it up for you.
You also have the option to wait until January 3 to receive the December 31 paycheck through the normal distribution process at the Cashier’s Office.
[WINTER] HOLIDAY BREAK DEPARTMENTAL DEPOSIT REMINDER
In preparation for the [winter] holiday break, the Cashier’s Office will stop receipting departmental deposits at noon on Tuesday, December 20. All deposits received after noon on Friday, Dec. 20, will be locked in the vault and processed once we return from the [winter] holiday break.
