Butterfly Swamp 5K Fun Run

The Chancellor’s Leadership Corps in partnership with the Palludan Family hosted the first ever Butterfly Swamp 5K Fun Run on UALR’s campus to honor the loss of Katherine and Ryan Palludan. Katherine and Ryan were both CLC Scholars who lost their lives from the Loeys-Dietz Syndrome. Ryan was an aspiring entering freshmen for the Fall 2013 semester and Katherine was a graduate and ambassador of our program. Funds were raised to raise awareness involving Loeys-Dietz and to donate money for scholarships to the Fund of Katherine and Ryan Palludan.
