Paperwork Submission Guidelines

We will do everything we can to process forms and paperwork as fast as possible and as accurately as possible. Given the many tasks and responsibilities we have to attend to, signing documents immediately or on the same day is not always possible for our office. We are committed to reviewing documents carefully and considering the possible implications of what we are signing. Please consider our process and timeframe below:

1. All forms and documents should be delivered in Christina Owen’s Office (RH 208) – our administrative assistant in the Office of the Dean. She will then distribute the documents to the appropriate person. For all forms, except PAR forms (see below), we will need 48 hours to process and/or return to the appropriate party.

2. For research contracts and grants proposals (especially PAR forms), we will need 5 business days to review and sign the proposal. Please make sure that you submit all parts of your grant proposal to the Dean’s Office. We will not be able to sign a PAR if the budget, the project description, or other parts of a grant proposal are missing.
