Concrete repairs at Stabler Hall will begin over the holiday break, starting on Dec. 21. For the first stage of this project, the contractor will be power washing the entire exterior of the building. Temporary barriers will be used to direct pedestrian traffic around the area of work. Use extreme caution if you are near Stabler Hall during this time. For your safety, please be mindful of the barriers; the contractor may be working overhead several stories above you, and there is a risk that debris may become dislodged during the power washing process. Walkways will be wet and may be slippery. The power washing schedule is contingent on good weather; however, we expect this phase to be complete by Jan. 4.

Future phases of this project will involve partial closures of the walkways around the building at different times throughout the spring semester. Because the repair work will be weather-dependent, we will give as much notice as possible of upcoming closures. All interior spaces will remain open throughout this repair project.
