UALR Welcomes New Food Service Vendor
Sodexo, Inc., a leading integrated food and facilities management services company in the United States, Canada and Mexico, begins today providing food and catering services for UALR, said Dr. Charles Donaldson, vice chancellor of educational and student services.
The new company will begin serving Starbucks specialty coffee at the Food Court in the Donaghey Student Center and will expand menu options at Taco Bell Express from 11 items to 28. The new company will continue to offer Quiznos sandwiches and will introduce “smart market” items, grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, desserts, and hot microwavable meals.
Menu options at the Diamond cafeteria include Mein Bowl Asian cuisine, Sandella’s wraps, paninis, quesadillas, and flat bread pizzas; and Pete’s Arena, offering pasta, pizza, meatball subs, and Greek salad. The Diamond also will continue to offer full breakfasts, plate lunches, a chicken grill, and other comfort food.
