Members of UALR Children International‘s Kid’s Club after school program will be selling holiday cards in the Donaghey Student Center Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 3 and 4.

The cards were designed and hand-crafted by elementary students at three University District schools as part of the after school program’s Kid’s Biz classes.

Holiday cards come in a pack of 10 and cost $10 with other cards being sold individually. Proceeds from the sale of these cards will be used to sponsor a Children International child in Honduras.

On Friday and Saturday, children enrolled in the UALR Children International program will share hot chocolate and have their pictures made with Santa Claus at a holiday event where they will receive a new warm winter coat. The gift giving will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, at Bale Elementary and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, also at Bale.
