Dr. Samuel Howell, division chief of Enrollment Services, is retiring after serving UALR for 36 years educating, training, mentoring, and guiding untold numbers of students.

His colleagues and friends will salute his accomplishments, share memories, exchange stories, and wish him well at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, June 12 in the Upper Concourse of the Donaghey Student Center.
