Ottenheimer Dean Presents at International Conference

Dr. Wanda Dole, dean of the UALR Ottenheimer Library, is presenting a paper co-authored with  J.B. Hill, director of public services at the library, at the 8th International Performance Measures Conference Aug. 17 to 20 in Florence, Italy.

The topic is “Measuring the impact of community users in academic libraries: Who they are, what they want, how much they cost and what is the return on investment?”

The event is a satellite meeting at the International Federation of Library Association conference in Milan Aug. 21-28. Dole will be attending that conference as a member of the Standing Committee of the Statistics and Evaluation Section.

She was nominated by the American Library Associations to be that group’s representative on the standing committee and was elected in an international election.
