Dave Millay, director of UALR’s physical plant, has been named associate vice chancellor for facilities management, Bob Adams, vice chancellor for finance and administration, announced Monday.

In addition to assuming the key leadership position, Millay, a native of Maine, will provide direct oversight and supervision of the University’s numerous capital construction projects as well as the ongoing physical plant activities.

Millay is also chair of the Coleman Creek Greenway Project, a long-term effort to turn the creek that runs through campus into a park-like focal point.
