Sandra Vail, project and program specialist at UALR’s Physical Plant’s Plant Maintenance Division, has been appointed to the position of director of facilities services in the Facilities Management Department, said Dave Millay, associate vice chancellor for facilities management.

In her new position, Vail will be responsible for the delivery of all facilities services including custodial, grounds, structural, environmental health and safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
