Crisp Named Arkansas Social Worker of the Year
Dr. Catherine Crisp, assistant professor of social work and coordinator of the Bachelor of Social Work program at UALR, has been named “Social Worker of the Year” by the Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
“We congratulate Dr. Crisp on achieving this very significant award,” said Dr. John Miller on behalf of the social work faculty and staff. “We feel that it is well-deserved and that it brings highly merited recognition to her work in the social work profession.” Miller is assistant professor in the UALR School of Social Work.
The award will be presented at the organization’s annual meeting on March 13 in Fort Smith.
