UALR Grad Lands Film Credit at Sundance
Russ Galusha, a 2008 graduate of UALR’s School of Mass Communication, is seeing his name in lights at the Sundance Film Festival this year.
He played several key roles in the production of the film “Obselidia,” which won several awards at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, including Best Cinematography and the Alfred P. Sloan Award for best portrayal of science in a fictional film.
Galusha edited the film’s trailer and earned a screen credit for his work as the film’s assistant editor, landing himself an Internet Movie Database listing. Galusha also designed the film’s poster.
