Dr. Robert Oliva, chair of UALR’s Department of Accounting, and Dr. Roger Dorsey, an instructor in the department, wrote a recent article that appeared in Practical Tax Strategies that will be re-published with updated information in the upcoming issue of its sister publication, Business Entities.

The re-publication will contain additional information from the authors in the form of a postscript titled “Postscript to ‘Reasonable Cause Defense to Underpayment in the Partnership Context: Jade Trading takes the sting out of Clearmeadow by following Petaluma’.”
