Students from five area high schools will participate in UALR’s International Simulations Association’s United Nations Day Conference from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, at the Donaghey Student Center, offering seminars on topics that include “Model Arab League,” “Model United Nations,” and “International Peacekeeping.”

Dr. Andrew Drummond, assistant professor of political science, will present a lunch discussion on the European Union.

The event is in cooperation with the United Nations Student Organization.
