Mark Vaughn has joined UALR as the new associate director of desktop support in Computing Services.

“Mark comes comes to us from Windstream Communications – formerly ALLTEL – where he worked for more than 16 years, holding various individual contributor and management level positions, including sales engineer, project manager, helpdesk manager, and technical service delivery manager,” said Jeannie Winston, vice chancellor for information services.

Vaughn, a native of Earle, Ark., and a graduate of John Brown University where he graduated with a bachelor of science degree in organization management, will fill the position formerly held by Julio Fuentes, who left UALR in the fall.
