An article written by Roger Dorsey, instructor in UALR’s Department of Accounting, is being published in the Journal of Accounting, Ethics, and Public Policy, edited by Dr. Robert W McGee, professor of accounting at Florida International University.

Dorsey’s article also will appear in the 2011 edition of McGee’s book, “The Ethics of Tax Evasion.”
