Eco-Interns Sought

The UALR Sustainability Committee is seeking up to two undergraduate students to serve as Campus Eco-Rep interns for the spring 2012 semester. Selected students will receive a $750 scholarship to cover tuition and fees for the undergraduate internship class.

“There are a variety of duties including project management, marketing, education, writing, social media, leadership, and more, which should make this opportunity applicable to many majors across campus,” said. Boyd, Jr. Professor of Excellence and associate professor of management. “We will work with the student’s major department to arrange the experience and the academic credit.

Interested students should submit a cover letter and a resume with two campus references to sustainability@ualr.edu no later than Dec. 15.
