Pledges by UALR employees for the 2011 United Way campaign surpassed goals for the annual giving drive.

The 2011 United Way campaign saw contributions from 116 UALR employees who contributed or pledged a total of $26,753. These numbers surpassed the campaign’s goal of 100 employees and $25,914. In fact, 24 more employees gave to the campaign this year which yielded an eight percent increase in pledges compared to 2010.
