Dress Professionally for Career Connections

UALR Counseling and Career Planning Services and the Cooperative Education Program invite students, alumni, and employers to attend Career Connections Day, the premier recruiting and networking event on campus. The career fair will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, in Donaghey Student Center’s Ledbetter Hall.

This year, job seekers are asked to dress the part and wear professional business attire to attend. Each semester, dozens of businesses and educational programs are represented at Career Connections Day to meet with the university’s top students and alumni.

All majors and degree levels will be represented. Employers are welcome to conduct on-the-spot interviews or meet the candidates after the event. More than 50 employers have registered to participate in the career fair.

Resume writing and interview workshops are available to students prior to the event. Students and employers can visit the career fair site or call 501-569-3185 for more information.
