Alumna Named Cancer Centers Director
Cory Leigh Taylor, UALR alum and director of development for major gifts for the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Foundation at UAMS, has been appointed regional director of the National Association of Cancer Centers Development Officers.
Taylor will serve as a NACCDO liaison and will provide ongoing communications with five cancer centers.
The five centers assigned to Taylor are Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center, Hollings Cancer Center at the Medical University of South Carolina, Markey Cancer Foundation at the University of Kentucky, University of Florida Shands Cancer Center, and Virginia Commonwealth University Massey Cancer Center.
A native of Fort Smith, Taylor graduated from UALR’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996.
