UALR alum named to Arkansas Highway Commission
Frank D. Scott Jr., 29, a master’s of business administration alumnus of UALR’s College of Business, has been named to the Arkansas Highway Commission.
Scott’s appointment was announced during a press conference given by Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe on Oct. 17. He replaces John Burkhalter, who resigned to seek the democratic nomination for lieutenant governor.

He serves on both the UALR Alumni Association Board of Directors and the UALR Management Business Advisory Council.
