Student earns public admin scholarship
A UALR student was one of three selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship from the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium.
UALR’s Jason Boullie, who is pursuing a master’s degree in public administration, received the recognition at the Arkansas City Managers Association on Oct. 25. The award was presented by Hot Springs City Manager David Watkins.
The Arkansas Public Administration Consortium established the scholarship in 1991 in honor of Henry M. Alexander, considered the “Father of City Management” in Arkansas.
Eligibility includes being a full-time graduate student who is pursuing a degree in government administration or has demonstrated an interest in pursuing employment in local government.
