The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bookstore reminds students that the upcoming tax-free weekend is a great time to do some back-to-school shopping.

Bargain hunters are invited to take advantage of the tax-free weekend from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2. The store is located on the lower level of UALR’s Donaghey Student Center.

On Saturday, students and their parents can visit the bookstore to shop for textbooks, school supplies, or even that perfect item for showing their Trojan pride.

Those who prefer the convenience of ordering online may still get the tax-free discount both Saturday and Sunday at www.ualr.bkstore.com, but online orders must be placed by midnight on Aug. 3 in order to qualify.
