UALR’s engineering programs make annual U.S. News & World Report list
U.S. News & World Report listed the University of Arkansas at Little Rock among the top undergraduate engineering programs for 2015.
UALR ranked 41st on the list, based on a recent survey of engineering deans and senior faculty whose programs are accredited through ABET, or the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
The programs were graded on a scale of one to five, one implying a marginal program and five implying a distinguished program. UALR scored a 2.9.
UALR offers undergraduate engineering programs in architectural and construction engineering, civil and construction engineering, environmental engineering, engineering technology and systems engineering.
In 2010, UALR’s undergraduate systems engineering program ranked 64th when it made the U.S. News & World Report for the first time.
