The UALR EAST (Environmental and Spatial Technology) Club will hold its first EAST Night Out, where members will present current projects from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, in Dickinson Hall Room 109.

“It’s an opportunity for our community to witness firsthand the ideals that EAST Club stands for,” said EAST Club Vice President Taylor Byrd, a sophomore mass communication major.

“This also gives us the chance to make new partners, spread the word of what EAST is, what we do and how others can be involved.”

EAST Club is a collaboration of EAST scholars and those interested in being involved with the program to utilize technology to find a solutions, according to Byrd.

The UALR parking deck will be open for parking, and exit tokens will be handed out upon arrival to the lab. Signs will direct traffic from University Avenue to the parking deck as well as from the parking deck to Dickinson Hall.

A golf cart will be at the parking deck for any visitors who need assistance reaching the lab.
