UALR Children International seeks mature, enthusiastic role models to assist youth, ages 12 through 16 years, as they organize their self-image projects for “Respect My S.W.A.G.” week and the upcoming Beauty Affair Fashion Show.

Volunteers typically meet from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at UALR Children International, located at 2510 Fair Park Blvd.

Volunteers are also needed for the following dates in March:

March 14 – Curran Conway Park Cleanup
March 23 – Family Night at the Library
March 23-27 – Help football and cheerleading teams during Skills and Drills Camp
March 30-April 3 – Assist in picking out books at the Book Fair

Tutors are also needed from 2:30 to 4 p.m. each Wednesday.

Each year UALR Children International sponsors 3,200 children and youth, ages 4 through 18, recruited from five partner schools serving Little Rock neighborhoods.
