Nominations are open for the annual UALR Staff Achievement Awards, in recognition of three staff members who have excelled in one of three areas: personal development, contributions to the campus, or community involvement.

The winners will be announced at the 2015 Staff Awards Ceremony on April 15. Each year, the event recognizes staff members for years of service, honors the three achievement recipients, and names the winners of the Staff Senate scholarships.

The achievement award recipients are first nominated by the campus community, with an independent body then selecting the winners. Each will receive a $1,000 award and a certificate.

Personal Growth
Recognition will go to an individual whose scholarship, research or creative talent has been particularly outstanding.

Service to UALR
Recognition will go to an individual who is distinctive in service through committees, special events, implementation of creative ideas, or support and encouragement of others.

Community Service
Recognition will go to an individual who has been particularly successful in organizing community events or had major achievements in civic, service, or specialty organizations/events.
