Dr. Carl Johnson, chair of the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees, will host a forum at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, for a university community and neighborhood discussion on the search for a UA system president.

The forum at the Bailey Alumni Center at 28th Street and Campus Drive West will provide individuals an opportunity to suggest candidates and provide input on the qualities a new president should offer.

The board is seeking a replacement for current UA System President B. Alan Sugg, who plans to retire once the search is complete. Other members of the Board of Trustees are expected to attend the UALR forum, one of several scheduled across the state.
