Now is the time for UALR faculty and staff to submit tuition discount forms for the Summer 2009 semester. These forms can be found in the Policies and Forms page on the Provost’s web site.

Due dates for tuition discount forms for Summer 2009 are:

Summer 1 (May 26 – Aug. 4) and Summer 2 (May 26 – June 29)
4 p.m. May 22 – All tuition discount forms are due.
4 p.m. May 27 – Absolute deadline. Tuition discount forms will no longer be accepted after this date.

Summer 3 (June 9 – July 1)
4 p.m. June 5 – All tuition discount forms are due.
4 p.m. June 9 – Absolute deadline. Tuition discount forms will no longer be accepted after this date.

Summer 4 (July 6 – Aug. 7)
4 p.m. July 2 – All tuition discount forms are due.
4 p.m. July 7 – Absolute deadline. Tuition discount forms will no longer be accepted after this date.
