Workshops offer help for students seeking money for college
The Office of Non-Traditional Students at UALR is offering a series of workshops to help non-traditional and underrepresented students during the spring semester.
The next workshop is set for 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27, in the Donaghey Student Center, Ledbetter B and C, and it will feature information from UALR’s Private Scholarship Coordinator Stephanie Conrad.
Students are encouraged to come prepared with questions and be ready to find that scholarship that just might help pay for college.
The final workshop is set for noon on Thursday, March 13, and is for single parents living in Pulaski County. It will be held in the DSC Leadership Lounge and is co-sponsored by the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Pulaski County.
