Angela Paladino, an administrative assistant in the UALR Graduate School and a student in College of Education’s College Student Affairs master’s degree program, won the Spoken Word Live! Poetry Slam sponsored by the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center and the National Park Service last week.

Wigand, Researchers Present on Authentication of Drugs in Supply Chains

Dr. Rolf Wigand, Maulden-Entergy Chair and Distinguished Professor of Information Science and Management, along with two UALR graduate students presented their paper, “Information Management and Authentication of Drugs in Supply Chains within the Pharmaceutical Industry,” at the 8th International Conference on Information Technology: New Generations (ITNG) Tuesday, April 12, in Las Vegas.

UALR’s Graduate School will initiate 13 students into the Alpha Epsilon Lambda Chapter of the National Graduate Student Honor Society at noon Friday, Dec. 10, in Room D of the Donaghey Student Center.

UALR Prof, Student Present at Potsdam Conference

Rolf Wigand, the Jerry L. Maulden-Entergy Chair and Distinguished Professor of Information Science and Management, and Jerry Wood, Ph.D. student in information science and applied science, will present a paper entitled, “Information Quality Issues in the Mortgage Banking Industry,” at the forthcoming 14th International Conference on Information Quality.

Grad Students Get Ins, Outs of Dissertation Process
