This form is only for UA Little Rock AAS students completing the associate program in fall 2026 and who want to take the BSN requirements in spring 2027. Please complete the form below if you plan to take BSN courses in spring 2027 and want to move to the online campus.
Reminders:
- Students may start the BSN program without an RN license, but must have an RN license to take courses past Health Assessment I & II, Professional Nursing Role, and Wellness Promotion.
- Students must complete statistics before taking Nursing Research & EBP.
- Integration of Concepts is the capstone course and must be completed after all other BSN classes.
- Students must be advised before the advising hold is lifted. Once we receive your form, we will send the advising information within 7 business days.
