International Celebration Day

On Tuesday, Nov. 19, UA Little Rock will celebrate the diversity of world cultures represented on campus. The event, which will occur in DSC rooms A, B, and C from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., will feature interactive displays, posters, music, and food. UA Little Rock Intercultural Communication students will present educational posters on communicating across cultures. Various student groups will share their music and dances throughout the day. Representatives from dozens of campus and student organizations representing over 20 national cultures will distribute information and discuss career and volunteer opportunities throughout the world. In addition, the UA Little Rock Programs Abroad Office will be present to provide information about study abroad programs and other international opportunities.
