Small Works on Paper is a juried, touring visual art exhibition that showcases 2D artwork that is no larger than 18-by-24 inches created by Arkansas artists. To be eligible, artists must be on the Arts Council’s Artist Registry. The reception on January 30 will be the premiere of this statewide exhibition.
